Wow! I’m rereading (actually restudying) The Master Key System and decided to just see if I could find any BLACK FOLKS who are familiar with it. That’s how I came across your blog. I did meet a brother a few months ago who saw me reading it, and he was the first person I’ve ever met who’s familiar with it. Thanks so much for informing others about it.

Hi AfroBeauty, thanks for your comment. I believe we achieve the consistency through first and foremost remembering to be kind and gentle with ourselves. Guilt and shame does not help us to do better, they only help us to feel worse about what we feel we are not doing. I believe it is also good to do affirmations that help us to improve in areas where we need more support. For example, a good daily affirmation would be, “I am disciplined and focused and I do what I need to do to accomplish my goals.” Over-time, this kind of affirmation becomes a part of who we are as we use our power of intent to manifest our desires… Love,Kelara

Hello i believe at times i have that self discipline then at other times i have the heart but not the discipline. i believe /know im meant to be successful but how do i achieve that self discipline? i know i must conquer it in order to be that individual im meant to be.
